Tennis Policy

The tennis facilities are for the use of club members and their guests.
Members shall adhere to the policy for use of the tennis facilities by non-member guests
Use of the courts for other than general play by the membership, (clinics, club-sponsored activities, etc.) shall be posted by the club pro at least two weeks in advance of planned use, it is also recommended to be published in the monthly club newsletter by the club tennis pro.
Courts are reserved for adult play on Thursday evening starting at 6:00 pm and Sunday afternoon at 1:00 pm and Tuesday morning at 9:30am for Ladies' Clinics. Youth shall relinquish courts to adults at those times.
When courts are full and players are waiting to play, singles play should terminate at the end of a set and revert to doubles play. When all courts are being used for doubles and people are waiting to play courts should be relinquished after one set or 45 minutes.
Tennis shoes shall be worn at all times while on the courts.
Appropriate tennis apparel, which includes shirts, shall be worn when on the courts.
Glass containers shall not be taken onto the courts.

Use of the tennis facilities by non-member adult and youth is limited to 6 times a year. Limitation includes combined use as a participant in clinics and/or guest play. There is no use limitation for non-members in private lessons. (Four person limit to only one court)
A host club member shall sponsor guests
Non-member guests shall incur a $5.00 fee for each use of the courts, including private lesson. It is the responsibility of the host club member or the club pro to ensure that these fees are paid into the club treasury. These fees should be paid to or reported to the club within 24 hours of their being incurred.
Payment of the guest fees for the use of the club tennis facilities does not include the use of any other club facility.
Guests are expected to wear appropriate tennis apparel, which includes shirts and tennis shoes.
